Frequently Asked Questions
Where will my course take place ?
Depending on where you live and what you would like to learn, we tailor the location of our courses to suit you. We are completely flexible, to suit you.
Being out and about is brilliant for inspiration and creativity. Recently we have run our course at Loggerheads, Teggs Nose (Peak District), Chester, Conwy, River Dee.
On our business courses we come to you to help you take pictures of your products, premises or food at your home or place of work, often assisting you in building a small product studio.
Do I need a camera ?
No. You can borrow our camera and lenses. If you haven’t got a camera, don’t buy one until you have been on the course. You will know precisely what type of camera and lens you require after you have been with us.
What will we do on our course ?
Once you have booked or received a voucher, we will have a chat with you over the phone. This is to find out exactly what you would like to learn. We will then create an itinerary for you. Our courses are completely bespoke.
On the day we will usually spend an hour having a coffee and a chat going through the controls on your camera or talking about our plan for the day. We then spend the rest of our time together taking pictures.
Is there a time limit on my Gift Voucher ?
No, your voucher has no time limit.
Can I contact you after my course if I have a question?
Yes, we encourage all of our clients to keep in touch. We love hearing about your great shots and any photography questions.
If you have a question please contact us.
